KGB WebsiteAlaska Airlines flies into the Ketchikan International Airport. Welcome to Gravina Island! You are just a 5-minute ferry ride from the City of Ketchikan. To get to the “Ketchikan Side,” hop on the Airport Ferry, either the M/V Ken Eichner 2 or the M/V Oral Freeman.
The Airport Ferry departs the side at the quarter hour and leaves the airport at: 00 hours and:30 hours daily. The first run from Ketchikan departs at 6:15 am, and the last from the airport leaves at 9:30 pm.
During the Summer months, both airport ferries are running, and you can catch a ride every 15 minutes.
After you’ve disembarked, you can walk the half-mile trek or catch a ride to the Inter-Island Ferry Authority Terminal building for your 3:30 pm ride.
