The IFA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, Diner’s Club, JBC and gift cards issued by credit card companies, checks drawn on a USA bank (your name & address must be imprinted on check), certified cashier checks, money orders (US funds), and cash. Customers can also mail payments to Inter-Island Ferry Authority P.O. Box 495 Craig AK 99921; please include your Reservation number and the name(s) of the travelers with your payment.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes can be made to reservations on a space available basis, and there is no fee for changing, canceling or refunding a canceled reservation. To change, cancel or get a refund on a canceled reservation, contact either the Hollis or Ketchikan Terminal at 866-308-4848.
Open Credits must be used within one year of purchase date and are transferrable with authorization from purchaser. To use your Open Credit, you must provide your name and Reservation Number where the credit is located and the name of who paid. If you do not have your Reservation Number, you must contact an IFA Agent at least two business days prior to travel and request a search for the Open Credit.
